We proudly offer fast and reliable shipping across Australia.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — AUD $9.95 (Free on orders over AUD $150)
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days — AUD $14.95
Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package anytime via our courier’s website.

Eligibility for Return
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags are attached and the product is in its original packaging
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Underwear or socks (for hygiene reasons)
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@shazibtrader.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
🔄 Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. We’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
💳 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
